Job description

As a Manager, Product at NetLink Trust, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product line, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients and end users. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead product development, delivery, and portfolio management while working at company which powers internet connectivity in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch, ensuring our offerings are competitive and exceed market expectations.

  • Market Insight & Innovation: Deeply understand the needs of Requesting Licensees (RLs) and our End Users (EUs), identifying gaps and innovating solutions that set us apart in the industry.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams including Business Development, Regulatory, Planning, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless product delivery and support.

  • Regulatory Engagement: Actively participate in NetLink Trust’s regulatory engagements with IMDA, contributing insights to navigate ongoing and ad-hoc regulatory matters that requires changes to product offerings and / or processes.

  • Financial & Capacity Management: Develop and manage product budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize capacity planning to ensure availability, accessibility and affordability of NetLink Trust’s products.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor product drivers, revenue, implementing “get well” plans when necessary. Continuously enhance features, pricing, and business processes to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Customer-Centric Customisation: Engage directly with customers to understand their unique requirements, providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management within a Telco/IT environment.

  • Proven experience in financial and business case modelling.

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional multitasking and KPI management skills, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  • Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and logical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for influencing and driving change.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and ready to take on new challenges.
